Volunteer Program – Surf Cascais
Surf Cascais is seeking enthusiastic and cheerful individuals to join our year-round Volunteer Program. In exchange for your time and dedication, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant culture and surf scene of Cascais, Portugal.
Location:
Surf Villa & Surf House in Cascais, Portugal
Duration:
All year-round (minimum 4 weeks - maximum 10 weeks)
Position:
Non-paid volunteer work
Schedule:
5-hour shifts (covering breakfast, cleaning, bar activities) - 5 days a week
Main tasks:
- Assisting with breakfast preparation and general cleaning
- Engaging with guests and helping them navigate the house and Cascais
- Supporting with weekly dinners, including shopping, serving, and cleaning
- General assistance around the house
- Transporting clients from the beach or Cascais center
Basic qualifications:
- No bachelor's degree required, but any background in Hospitality or Tourism is advantageous
- Fluent in spoken English, with knowledge of German, French, Spanish, or Portuguese being a plus
- Valid EU driver's license

- Skilled in multitasking and problem-solving

- Energetic, motivated, and proactive
- Passionate about outdoor sports and surfing
