About Us

We are a kitesurfing school located in Cape Town, South Africa. Our team is dedicated to providing premium kitesurfing lessons to our guests, offering a range of classes from beginners to advanced levels, as well as specialized wave riding classes and wave camps.

Job Opportunities

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our full-time team.

We have openings for the following positions:

- Head Instructor: As the head instructor, you will oversee our operations and lead our team of instructors. We require a minimum of 2-5 years of kitesurfing experience in teaching and guiding a team.

- Instructors (IKO Level 1 and above): We are looking for experienced IKO instructors to join our team. Previous experience teaching kitesurfing in Cape Town or in wave conditions is preferred.

- Wave Instructors: If you have experience teaching wave lessons and wave camps, we would love to hear from you.

Benefits

As a full-time team member, you will have the opportunity to teach exclusively for our school, giving you priority booking for classes.

We also have freelance instructors available as backup for when our full-time team cannot accommodate all students.

Our season runs from 1 October to mid-April, and we prefer candidates who can commit to a minimum of 6 months. However, shorter periods are also possible.

We value our instructors and offer the best hourly rates in the market. Our aim is to attract the very best instructors in the industry.
