About Us

Kukulkite Holbox Iko Center is an established and thriving kiteboarding school located in the captivating Holbox Island, Mexico.

With the upcoming season fast approaching, we are seeking enthusiastic instructors to join our dynamic team, along with a talented Head instructor to lead and mentor our instructors.

The Opportunity

As an instructor at Kukulkite, you will have the opportunity to work in a picturesque setting while sharing your passion for kiteboarding.

Alongside a competitive salary, we offer a flexible schedule with one day off per week, accommodation options available upon arrangement, and a fantastic work environment filled with positive vibes and camaraderie.

Responsibilities

- Teach kiteboarding and kitesurfing lessons to our students

- Provide instruction with patience and professionalism

- Foster a safe and enjoyable learning environment

- Ensure students' progress and skill development

- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with our clients

Requirements

- Possess a minimum of 1-2 seasons of experience as a kiteboarding instructor

- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken

- Social and outgoing personality with strong communication skills

- Optional knowledge of additional languages such as Dutch, Spanish, French, and German

Additional Opportunities

For those interested in further expanding their horizons, there is an opportunity to work at our home spot school in Amsterdam during the summer season.
