PROBOARDER is currently seeking enthusiastic Kitesurf and/or Wing instructors to join our team. Whether you are available immediately or for the 2024 season, we have opportunities for you.

Immediate Openings - August & September 2023

If you're ready to make a splash and help our students master the art of kitesurfing and wing foiling, we want you on board! We are specifically looking to expand our team of instructors for August and early September 2023. So, if you are available during these months, don't miss out on this amazing opportunity.

2024 Season - May/June to September

Planning ahead? We've got you covered! We are also hiring Kitesurf and/or Wing instructors for our 2024 season, spanning from May or June to September. This is a fantastic chance to spend the summer on the water, teaching and inspiring others in the thrilling world of watersports.

What We Offer:

At PROBOARDER, we believe in fair compensation. We value our instructors and offer competitive pay rates. For those seeking long-term stability, we are open to considering permanent positions (12 months per year) for those who become valuable members of our team.
