The job is mainly in Jiangsu province and training in the winter in Haikou.
1. Provide coaching and guidance to young sailors to enhance their sailing skills and knowledge. As a club member, offer timely feedback to facilitate their improvement and maintain records of their progress for future reference and assessment.
2. Arrange and conduct team sailing classes for primary school students, ensuring their participation and evaluating their performance at the end of the program, in addition to their regular physical education (PE) lessons at school.
3. Ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of teaching and instructional resources, such as sailboats, RIB (rigid inflatable boats), anchors, on-water markers, TV projectors, and personal flotation devices (PFDs), to ensure they are always ready for use during classes.
4. Foster a safe, enjoyable, and healthy competitive environment in sailing classes, motivating and inspiring sailors to consistently enhance their performance and progress to the next level.
5. Possess effective communication skills to facilitate coaching sessions with young sailors and maintain efficient internal communication among instructors.
6. Proficient in teaching basic sailing knowledge in both
Mandarin Chinese and English is a plus.
