As a team member, your role is to contribute to an exceptional water sports program, all while providing top-notch service. Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Uphold high standards of customer service.
- Safely and skillfully operate water sport boats and jet skis, catering to beginners and advanced guests alike.
- Assist in delivering water sports coaching in line with our waterfront program.
- Share responsibilities within the team, including driving, spotting, booking management, coaching, and preparing guests for their sessions.
- Communicate effectively with the beach team to ensure stringent safety standards are upheld.
- Take personal responsibility for equipment maintenance, repairs, security, and site aesthetics to meet guest expectations.
- Collaborate as a team to set up, pack up, and provide proactive assistance to equipment users daily.
- Assist in organizing and hosting social events, conducting briefings, and engaging with guests throughout their stay.
- Be ready to relocate to different locations as needed to fulfill your contract obligations.
- Show flexibility in your role and be willing to assist in reasonable additional duties as directed by your manager in accordance with your training.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Boat Driver License
- Lifeguard Assistant Patent
- Experience in waterskiing, wakeboarding, and general water sports games (preferred)
- Priority given to applicants under 35 years old
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Ability to conduct enjoyable, safe, and informative water sports sessions
- Proficiency in ski boat and jet ski operation
- Knowledge of various water sports activities, such as E-Foiling, Jetboarding, Canoeing, Windsurfing, Sup, Wakesurfing, Wakeboarding, etc.
- Effective communication with guests of all ages, management, and fellow staff members
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain productive working relationships
- Self-motivated, capable of independent work, and responsive to verbal and written instructions
- Confident conversational English skills and knowledge of other languages (preferred)
