Position Overview
We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced couple to join our team as Kitesurf / Watersports Instructors. As part of our team, you will provide top-notch kitesurfing instruction to our members, with a focus on teaching from jet skis and showcasing exceptional foiling skills. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about water sports, have a minimum IKO level 2 certification, and at least 3 years of teaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide kitesurfing instruction to members, including teaching from jet skis and demonstrating excellent foiling skills.
- Possess a minimum IKO level 2 certification and hold at least 3 years of teaching experience.
- Have extensive knowledge of various water sports and equipment maintenance.
- Additional skills in wing foiling, diving (PADI dive instructor), and wakesurfing/wakeboarding are highly desirable.
- Conduct boat excursions for fishing, snorkeling, diving, sunset cruises, and island touring.
- Offer activities such as e-foiling, wakesurfing/wakeboarding, tubing, e-bike tours, hiking tours, fishing, tennis, and pickleball.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and deliver world-class service.
- Work well in a team and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Possess RYA powerboat level 2 certification (Yachtmaster desirable).
- Have experience working in the luxury resort industry.
- Hold CPD, AED, and first aid certifications.
- Ability to live in a remote place.
- High level of reliability and ability to stay calm and focused during busy times.
- Motivated, friendly, and outgoing personality.
- Smart and presentable appearance.
- Strong ethics and ethos, with a team player mindset.
- Ready to start on November 15, 2023.
