About I have worked in multiple positions and with different skill sailors. I am organized, I like to have the sessions correctly planned and to make a curriculum with all the details and the objectives.
I have worked at Club Level as a Coach and a Head coach, developing the curriculum for the different classes (Opti Beginner, Advance, 420, etc), and worked with national teams with one concrete objective, were we had to work with a specific deadline (international events).
