CENTER MANAGEMENT/INSTRUCTORS COUPLE WANTED!! 🤙🏾

Join the MyWay team and enjoy one of the best kite spots in Portugal! We are looking for a couple/friends that would like to manage the kite school over the winter season (or maybe longer...).

We ask for:

experience as a station manager of a water sports school (at least one person)
licensed VDWS/IKO/BKSA Kitesurf instructor
powerboat and driver license
knowledge about equipment (kite, surf, boats, sup)
repairing and maintenance the water sport equipment
reliability & ability to work under pressure, responsibility, independent teaching
interest and connection to water sports, proactivity, positive vibes and team spirit
good English is mandatory, German and/or Portuguese would be good
experience in teaching kitesurf group courses and private lessons
experienced in using a PC, Word, Excel and understanding commercial processes (social media, marketing, camps)
organisation of a team, timetables and work plans
