About the Role
We are currently seeking a highly organized and friendly Kite Center Manager to join our full-service kiteboarding center in Punta Chame, Panama. As the Kite Center Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth bookings and reservations of lessons and accommodation, while providing excellent customer service both online and offline. You will also be responsible for staff management and overall organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bookings and reservations for kiteboarding lessons and accommodation
- Interact with customers, both online and offline, to provide assistance and facilitate a positive experience
- Oversee the general organization and maintenance of the kite center
- Manage and supervise center staff, ensuring they are performing their roles effectively
- Solve problems efficiently and handle any customer issues that may arise
- Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Fluency in English (German and Spanish are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
