Job Description:
Robinson Cape Verde is seeking highly motivated and skilled instructors to join our technical staff as Kite/Wing/Catamaran Instructors. As part of this role, you will teach and practice various watersports, including catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, and stand-up paddleboarding (SUP).
Responsibilities:
- Conducting lessons and providing guidance in catamaran sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, wingfoiling, and SUP
- Following the VDWS guidelines for instruction
- Assisting with hosting responsibilities
Requirements:
- IKO or VDWS certification as a Kite Instructor
- Fluency in both German and English languages
- Previous experience as an instructor or coach
Employment Details:
- Full-time, internship, or trainee positions available
- 8 working hours per day with 1.5 days off per week
- 2 days of holidays per month
- Contract duration to be discussed during online interview
- Work period: September 2023 to the end of May/June 2024
