Surf Coach Position
We are currently seeking a qualified Surf Coach to join our team in Sri Lanka as soon as possible. If you love surfing and teaching others, we would love to hear from you. Here are the details of the job:
Tasks:
- Conduct 5 group surf lessons per week, each lasting 2.5 hours (guests stay for a full week).
- Provide high-quality surf lessons to guests.
- Prepare theory parts before each surf lesson (guidelines will be provided).
- Split the group into different levels based on their surfing ability.
- Choose the best surf spot for the day.
- Perform video analysis once a week to analyze guest's waves and provide appropriate feedback.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a surf coach.
- Ability to coach beginners, experienced beginners, and intermediates.
- Fluent in English and comfortable speaking in front of a group.
- Strong organizational skills to manage the different levels in the group.
- Hands-on mentality and ability to perform video analysis.
- Good vibes and excellent socializing skills.
- Must be a team player.
