Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and qualified Kitesurf Instructor to join our team at our Kitesurf School in Punta Trettu. Our center is located right on the kitesurfing spot, offering flat and shallow water, sandy seabed, and excellent winds throughout the season.
Responsibilities
- Provide kitesurfing instruction and guidance to students of varying skill levels
- Ensure the safety of students during lessons
- Create lesson plans and tailor teaching methods to meet individual students' needs
- Promote a positive and enjoyable learning environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall student experience
Requirements
- Experience as a kitesurf instructor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for kitesurfing and a desire to share that passion with others
- Reliability and a professional work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Own transportation for easy access to the kitesurf spot
