About Us

We are looking for qualified and passionate Surf Instructors to join our experienced team and deliver exceptional surf lessons in Cascais, Portugal.

Position Details

- Duration: March - November 2024

- Compensation: Paid position (accommodation and meals not included)

- Schedule: Flexible, based on our surf lesson schedule (1 or 2 lessons per day, 4 or 8 hours in total)

Responsibilities

As a Surf Instructor, your main tasks will include:

- Organizing and conducting surf lessons for students of all levels and backgrounds

- Following our teaching model and prioritizing safety guidelines

- Managing administrative duties related to lessons (payment collection, student registration, reporting issues, etc.)

- Ensuring the proper storage and maintenance of surf equipment

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

- Portuguese Instructor Course (Cédula de Treinador Desportivo) or up-to-date ISA/ASI certification (required)

- Valid EU driver's license

- Previous experience in a similar role or extensive surfing experience

- Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of other languages (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
